Chris Jericho Details The Diet That Led To His Body Transformation


According to this plan, Jericho went out of his way to prepare his daily big meal—or, in this case, an eight-ounce quasi-large meal—followed by another snack or two later in the day.

Jericho preferred this approach to intermittent fasting, which he denounced as “the biggest diet scam ever.” He also noted that on this diet, he drinks about 100 ounces of water daily, which is a new experience for him.

“I’ve never been a big water drinker, but now I drink water,” he said. “Like, boom, I’ll drink 34 ounces – boule, boule, boule. You just need to overtrain your body, and once you can do that, it’s not that bad. I can still drink. take my vodka shot and you’ll be fine.”

Jericho also watches his weight to make sure he doesn’t get bloated again.

“I’m the guy who carries the scale with him everywhere,” he said. “If I am over 210, I retreat. If less than 210, then I’m a cheeseburger. If 205, then cheeseburger and pizza.
